Hello again! My entry into UX has been long but full of opportunity. I see this field as an adventure — each twist and turn a moment for growth. UX has let me learn new skills while building on my past experiences.
An elder once told me, ‘Empathy is not trying to feel but hoping to understand.’ A perspective that has shaped my work: I may never fully know another’s life, but by solving the problems closest at hand, can add to solving many. Through curiosity, problem-solving, and a step-by-step process, I’ve learned that progress comes from testing, learning, and adapting.
My Foundational Design Process
I follow a flexible but structured design process to ensure every decision is informed by user needs and business goals.
1. Discover & Empathize
I start by diving deep into the problem space through user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to build a foundation of empathy.
2. Define & Ideate
Synthesizing research into key insights, I define the core user needs. Then, I brainstorm and sketch a wide range of potential solutions.
3. Design & Prototype
I create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring the best ideas to life, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
4. Test & Iterate
I validate designs through usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and improve the solution in a continuous cycle of iteration.
My AI-Accelerated Workflow
I also leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity, delivering high-quality results at an accelerated pace.
1. Accelerated Discovery & Synthesis
I use AI to rapidly analyze research data, identify patterns, and generate user personas and journey maps. This combines discovery and definition into one fluid, data-driven phase.
2. Rapid Prototyping & Design
Leveraging generative AI for ideation and wireframing, I can explore a wider range of design concepts quickly. This allows for faster creation of high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.

Understanding Needs From User
To build a solution, through inspiration. I reversed engineered our ideation and creativity, knowing that my research was focused on my friend's need and frustrations.
